If you leave your details to hear about the membership, we keep your name and email address. If you become a member, we also keep your profile, the goals, journal entries and posts you write inside the community, and a record of your membership status and renewal date.
We never see or store your card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider, who processes the payment and keeps the card on file for your renewals. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and when your membership renews.
To run your membership, to give you access to sessions and the library, to send you information about the community and the emails you have asked for, and to keep the accounting records we are required to keep.
Only Freddy and the people running the community. Beyond that, your information is handled by the services we use to run the site, send email and take payments. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it — write to freddy.jacquin@gmail.com. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them. If you cancel your membership, we keep your records only as long as we need them for accounting.
